The Nobile and Palazzo are Satuday to Satuday while the Cantina is Sunday to Sunday lets.
Cleaning is chargeable extra, in euros, to be paid on arrival. For the apartments it is 50 euros and 100 euros for the Palazzo. For stays of longer than a week we can arrange cleaning as required. Linen and towels are changed weekly.

Maid service can be daily if required and it is also possible to provide a cook(at extra cost). Also included is Satellite TV in Palazzo and Nobile. For property rentals a welcome pack will be provided with essentials as well as local delicacies. It is expected that guests will vacate property in a tidy condition to avoid the need for extra charges. Properties will be available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day you leave to allow time for cleaning

For holidays in autumn, spring or winter periods (October to April inclusive) there will be an additional charge for heating dependent on the amount of gas and electricity used.

A security deposit is required for all property rentals - for 2-bedroom properties this will be 300 euros and for the Palazzo 700 euros.

Additional services can be provided at extra cost and include : Organised trips, guides, transport to and from airports, etc.

Payment. To confirm a booking 30% of the price must be paid immediately and the balance 28 days before the arrival date. The security deposit may be paid on arrival. Payments may either be made in euros by bank transfer to Italy or in Sterling in the U.K. at the prevailing mid-market exchange rate (1.12 euros to £1 at the time of writing).

Cancellations. After payment of the deposit any cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival date will incur only a charge of 10% of the rental cost. From 3 months until 1 month before arrival date, 25% and within 1 month the entire cost of the holiday. You should ensure that your holiday insurance will cover this.
